Dramatic Reading Event Collections

A ticket price of $5.00 per person is asked for, however, we do not charge for attendance. Where individuals contribute to a freewill offering, or other means to support our outreach, then the host of the event will collect the amount and report the total received, based on a count where the amount is rounded down to the nearest five dollar threshold. Thus, if the host collects forty-three dollars, we ask the host to remit to us forty dollars via our Square account using VISA or MASTERCARD, using a quantity of eight persons shown in attendance. ($5.00 x 8 persons, $40.00.) Thank you.
