What is a side-by-side survey
It is the exploration of God’s Word through the eyes of Charles Haddon Spurgeon as he preached on specific books of the Bible. We begin this journey with the Song of Songs, and the fifty-one sermons that he preached over his forty-year ministry. As you listen and read each (left side) sermon, you are given (right side) your private space to journal your thoughts for personal application of the message to your heart, and mind with its translation to a rapturous soul.
What to Journal
Journal your thoughts, hopes and prayers in whatever manner you express yourself! If creative, be creative! C.H. Spurgeon often inserted his own poetry into his sermons. Insert your own! If you are convicted by a particular thought or application, add a prayer that you might own it. Be yourself – as you express yourself! This is your private space to meditate upon your relationship with Jesus through God’s Word, as preached by C.H. Spurgeon, and affirmed by the Holy Spirit! Once you have purchased the sermon, you will access it on your dashboard. You alone can read what is written. Consider the dashboard as the door to your prayer and meditation closet!
