If I speak of Pastor Spurgeon as my Pastor, I do so because he is a pastor. Yes, but you say, he died! He died January 31, 1892 in Mentone, France! How can you act and speak as if he’s alive? I can because he is alive my dear friend. Glory be to God! As Jesus said of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, it is true of Pastor Spurgeon: “He (God) is not God of the dead, but of the living.
