Charles Haddon Spurgeon preached this sermon on June 3, 1855. Based on Ezekiel 34:26, “And I will make them and the places round about my hill a blessing; and I will cause the shower to come down in his season; there shall be showers of blessing,” Reverend Spurgeon challenges the Church of Christ to experience the showers of blessings as God made them fall about ‘his hill’ – his church.

MY THOUGHT: As a member of the body of believers, we should likewise be the source of God’s blessing that rains down upon others, affecting the church where we attend, our immediate neighborhood, and area churches. Let’s encourage each other as we move forward towards that blessed day that Jesus shall return to redeem his bride.
