Of Love and Wisdom

Love is not a guidance counselor, not to me.
Now wisdom…  that gives true counsel… direction.
As for love? Love is of the heart…
beating out it’s rhythm of kindness…
patience… selflessness…
Still, when wisdom is present and love is applied…
now that bears the resemblance of Christ
and I hope both are seen in me.
