Of Eternity

I don’t know why it is when I read of eternity it is spoken of in terms of millions of millions of years; plus millions and millions more. Given our Nation’s indebtedness to the Lord, I should have used trillions, but we have become bankrupt in far greater ways than money and foreclosure appears imminent. And that returns me to my initial thought: There’s a point where the numbers are so staggering that we should be; and that with eternity, you really can’t afford to kick that can down the road because a trillion years from now, you’ll be kicking it again (if not yourself.)
