Millpond Dart:  I don’t know if it is necessary for a good writer to have multiple personalities in order to write good fiction.   But I think I know writers well enough that they’d have a difficult time sharing credit with themselves if they did use those sources.

Millpond Dart:  Life is so short it makes no sense to pursue endeavors that we’re just no good at doing.  Consequently, I plan to do nothing, and according to my wife, I’m good at that.

Millpond Dart:  I wonder if King Author only had 8.3 pages per chapter.  More importantly, how many chapters did his pages belong?  Did he have a chapter in every shire?  This is certainly what you get if you mix metaphors with a stout ale.

Millpond Dart:  It is said that you cannot please all of the people all of the time.  But when all of the people only consist of a few, and you cannot please them, it really sucks.

Millpond Dart:  To know your target audience shouldn’t make you one.

Millpond Dart:  When a culture stops blushing, it’s not only wearing its heart on its sleeve, but its sin.

Millpond Dart:  Such a pitiful soul is the one that hungers for what is not in the pantry and starves to death because he would not eat what was there.
