If a man is happy in his work for his master, then no matter how hard or trying, he will go about it joyfully. However, if a man works only for his wages and secretly loathes his master, he cannot wait for the weekend and will look for another employer. Such is the difference between a sincere believer and the religious sinner.
The religious sinner will always be first to accuse the sincere believer of fanaticism either openly or in thought because the sinner finds no profit in any excess worship or other duties. He has a low regard for God’s excellences and he views the Bible as more of a job description rather than a child’s guide in how to love one’s adoptive Father.
