If we say that we love the Lord our God with all our heart, soul, mind, and might, then we are saying that there is nothing besides Him in the world that we cling to. If this is true, then we know that we must hold all of our possessions here loosely. The man or woman who clings to their crown here will not likely cast it before Christ in heaven either.
