Spiritual Resurrection

Charles Haddon Spurgeon preached ‘Spiritual Resurrection,’ on April 12, 1857, based on Ephesians 2:1 “And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins.”  Not the expected Easter sermon extolling the resurrection of our Lord Jesus or an empty tomb, this sermon goes to the core of our state in sin – dead –  and what is necessary to be resurrected in life. Quite a phenomenal sermon.
